Casa Abadía cares about guaranteeing your order, which is why all our products are meticulously checked to guarantee their quality before shipping. If, even so, the case arises that you received a damaged package, we ask that you:
1. Before accepting the delivery, check the packaging and its contents for any possible damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is common for the packaging to show some damage, but if the damage is significant, we kindly ask you to:
1.1 If the damage is minor, accept the package, but write a note stating the damage, sign it, date it, and send us a photo of the waybill notation, along with photos of evidence of packaging damage.
1.2 If the packaging is seriously damaged, you can refuse the order. If this is the case, please take photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and damaged merchandise, make the notation on the shipping waybill of the package WITHOUT SIGNING IT and send us a photo of the notation on the shipping waybill and contact us immediately by WhatsApp, call us at 33 32 58 19 34 or by email contacto@casaabadiamx.com . In case of not doing it in less than 12 hours, the insurance by the parcel will not be valid and CASA ABADÍA will not be responsible.
1.3 When you contact us, it is important that you have your order number and tracking number available (all of this information is included in the shipping confirmation email) along with your email address and tracking number. number registered at the time of your purchase.
1.4 Our team will request photographic evidence of the damage to the delivered merchandise, the packaging and the notation of the shipping guide by the parcel company in order to provide you with a timely solution. We will do our best to make the purchase replacement as soon as we receive the order in question in our warehouse.
IMPORTANT!: If the evidence of damage or missing is after the day the merchandise was delivered. Casa Abadía is not responsible for damages after delivery.
Warranty
Casa Abadía products have a 6-month guarantee from the delivery of the product.
The buyer must follow the following points in order to validate the guarantee:
1.- With the signature of receipt of the merchandise, the customer accepts that it is received in perfect condition.
2.- Casa Abadía offers a guarantee for manufacturing defects under normal conditions of domestic use.
3.- In the event of a manufacturing defect, Casa Abadía will correct the damaged piece of furniture.
4.- Damage caused by burns, scratches, cuts, intentional mistreatment, misuse, damage caused by animals and damage caused by exposure of the product in inappropriate conditions are not covered by this guarantee.
5.- Any modification, change or alteration in its original characteristics to the furniture or in any of its parts voids this guarantee.
6.- To make the guarantee valid, it is necessary to show the original purchase receipt.
7.- For proper cleaning and maintenance of your furniture, only use a clean, dry or semi-moist white flannel. The use of any abrasive product, alcohol, solvent or household cleaner voids this warranty.
8.- Your furniture should not be exposed or in contact with sunlight or humidity.
